At Immersion Experience, you can use deliberate heat and cold exposure, also known as Contrast Therapy, to possibly receive multiple physical and mental health benefits.

The use of cold exposure through a plunge may help the body with reducing inflammation and aiding in recovery, as well as helping with mental clarity and decreasing anxiety.

The use of heat exposure through Infrared Saunas and/or Traditional Saunas may help the body's detoxification process, reduces stress and improves cardiovascular function.
At Immersion Experience, we offer 2 different private spaces for an individual, or a small group, to complete their Contrast Therapy series.
Amenities include: Infrared Sauna, Traditional Sauna, Cold Plunge and Hot Mineral Soak.
